Services rendered included construction supervision, issuing of site instructions, follow up, quality
control, snag lists, coordination meetings with main contractor & sub-contractors and coordination with owner.
Project consists of four floors of retail and office space with a total area of 3000 sqm. The total
construction value of project was $6 million (1996 construction estimates) including excavation, civil, structural,
MEP, curtain walling, facade cladding, equipment, finishing, furniture and fit-outs.
Actual construction
was estimated at $1200 sqm with and additional $ 800 sqm for finishing and equipment.
