Sindibad Master Plan - BCC - Jeddah, KSA + Agadir, Morocco: Master
planning and partial architectural development of a 17.000 sqm Theme Park in Casablanca, Morocco. Concept initiated
for BCC (Brothers Commercial Company) based in Jeddah acting as developer. Overall package includes Master Planning,
Architectural Plans, Elevations and Sections. Sindibad theme evolved through a series of concepts and design stimulations
before concept was developed as a full realistic master plan with all amenities included in design. Overall construction
estimated around $40 million including infrastructure, buildings and landscaping. Sindibad
